Walega Window Cleaning & Exterior Maintenance is always looking for good help.

We are seeking full-time INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS to work with us. $20 to $30 per hour depending on level of expertise. These are strictly independent contractor positions. As such, you will need to have your own LLC and your own general liability insurance. If you are an experienced window cleaner but have not yet formed your own LLC, we are happy to guide you through the process of obtaining an LLC and will help you make sure you have the right GL coverage. Your Worker’s Comp is already covered by us. Our clients are high-end residential with a few commercial jobs. (No high-rises.) Our operations are centered in the western Twin Cities metro and around the St Croix Valley. We are filling positions for both of those service areas.

The applicant should be excellent at the following:

• providing impeccable, courteous customer service
• washing windows with traditional tools
• washing windows with a water-fed pole
• gutter cleaning
• pressure washing
• working harmoniously with fellow contractors

Additionally, the applicant must:

• be punctual, dependable, and have a good work ethic
• have good references and no record of theft
• be a person of integrity and enjoy working with others
• have a clean, professional appearance.
